What you ‘ll need

  • 1.5 inch         Ginger
  • 1 inch            Fresh Turmeric
  • 2 Cups          Water
  • As needed    Organic Honey or Raw Honey


  1. Clean and cut ginger and turmeric in half
  2. Bring water to boil
  3. Add ginger and turmeric
  4. Once water starts boiling , boil it for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour it into a cup and add honey as much as you desire.
  6. Drink it while its warm.
